The 5 Stars of the Eiffel Tower
A 5-star promise, entrusted to the two great chefs Frédéric Anton (3*) and Thierry Marx (2*) who wish to honour producers and craftsmen from the French terroirs.
From the end of May 2019, Frédéric Anton, 3-star chef at Le Pré Catelan, will offer his delicate and creative cuisine to the famous Jules Verne, the gastronomic restaurant on the 2nd floor, which has been under renovation since September 2018 (3 new places have been created: Le Comptoir, L'Alcôve and Le Salon Privé), redesigned by the architect Aline Asmar d'Amman, who is responsible for the renovation of the Hôtel de Crillon. Count a minimum of 190 € for 5 courses in the evening. New: a breakfast will also be served (on reservation) from 7:30 am in September.
