In Paris, the Hotel du Louvre invites "Maison Bocuse" to its table

Ideally located in the heart of the City of Light, facing the Palais Royal, the Opera Garnier and the Comédie Française, the Hotel du Louvre and its Brasserie will reopen their doors in spring 2019 after two years of renovation.

This mythical place of the 1st district of Paris will welcome, in its kitchens, the very first Parisian "Brasserie Bocuse". Iconic defenders of the product and the taste under the aegis of the Chef Paul Bocuse, the Restaurants and Brasserie of Lyon Bocuse embody, for twenty-five years, the Lyonnaise gastronomy and the French know-how. The traditional recipes of the "Cook of the Century" will be served in a warm and friendly atmosphere: Chicken Bresse with cream and mushrooms, Pike Quenelle, Lyon style Macaroni Gratin without forgetting the famous "Grand-Mère" waffles for dessert.

An authentic and generous cuisine, reflecting a terroir, which will allow the regular customers and visitors from around the world to leave with a lasting memory. A unique experience in the area, surely one of the most inspiring of Paris and whose Hotel du Louvre is a standard.
