The Best Baguette of Paris (2019)

Fabrice Leroy, a baker in the 12th arrondissement of the capital, won the 2019 grand prize for the best Baguette of French tradition in Greater Paris. The bakery will have the honour of supplying the Elysée (Official Residence of the President) with fresh bread for one year.

14 professionals and volunteers, drawn at random, compared the chopsticks on five criteria: cooking, taste, crumb, smell and appearance.

The Bakery Leroy-Monty is located at the n°203 of the avenue Daumesnil in Paris.
