An exceptional dinner in Loire Valley (2019)

The Event

On Thursday, November 14, 2019, the chefs Christophe Hay and Glenn Viel, as well as pastry chef Kevin Lacote, will join forces and above all their expertise for an exceptional dinner at La Maison d'à Côté** in Montlivault. Together, they will concoct a prestigious six-course menu, to the delight of gourmets.

The Portrait of the Chefs

Christophe Hay, the host of this grandiose evening, is the chef of the doubly Michelin star restaurant La Maison d'à Côté in Montlivault, near Chambord. Every day, the Ligérien gives pride of place to local freshwater fish, fruits and vegetables, but also to his own wagyu cattle, which his friend Yvan Derfoir raises not far from Angers solely for the restaurant.

For his part, the Breton Glenn Viel has been officiating for nearly four years at L'Oustau de Baumanière** in Les Baux-de-Provence, under the watchful eye of the owner Jean-André Charial.

Finally Kevin Lacote, a talented pastry chef who worked alongside Bernard Pacaud, Yannick Tranchant and Yannick Alléno, also worked with Glenn Viel at the time of La Table du Kilimandjaro in Courchevel. Since then, the young pastry chef has opened his own pastry shop, KL Pâtisserie, in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.
