Champagne Krug Escapes: a unique event

For the second edition of Les Échappées Krug, the House is setting up a Culinary Studio in the heart of Paris.

A combination of music & gastronomy, time to experience sounds & flavours.

On October 24 and 26, 2019 you will have the opportunity to experience a unique moment at Studios Ferber, an iconic recording studio in Paris.

For more than 40 years, the greatest artists have stepped through the door of Ferber Studios: Serge Gainsbourg, Jacques Dutronc, Martin Solveig, Iggy Pop and Franz Ferdinand. Here, everything is designed for acoustics and musical immersion.

A discovery of four Champagnes from the House of Krug.

An original musical tasting, in harmony with Krug Grande Cuvée 167ème Edition and in the presence of Olivier Krug.

A tailor-made gastronomic experience orchestrated by Chef Julien Lefebvre, 1 Michelin Star at Château Cordeillan-Bages, Embassy Krug.

A true lover of Krug Champagnes, chef Julien Lefebvre harmoniously blends the House's vintages with his dishes. In particular, he travelled to Mexico in January 2019, with 12 other Krug Embassy Chefs and Cellar Chef Eric Lebel, for a trip to discover chilli pepper, the unique ingredient selected by the House this year.

Julien is therefore an essential element, the conductor of the gastronomic arpeggio that will be performed in the Culinary Studio.
