Flavors of Provence
Provence is at once an orchard, an olive grove and a vegetable garden. It is home to a number of AOC (“designation of origin”) products: Cavaillon melon, Monts de Venasque cherry -Muscat du Ventoux grape, and Carpentras strawberry.
