Crossing of the Landes by bike

Introduction

How good it is to go for a ride, early in the morning, breathing in the smell of pine trees.
The Landes, with its flat landscapes, is one of the regions of France which has the greatest number of kilometers of cycle track. It is even possible to link Tarnos, in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, to the Pointe de Grave, at the northern end of the Médoc, on 380 km of paved trails.
Often located in the middle of the forest behind the first row of dunes, the trails run along the ocean and serve most of the seaside resorts in the area.
