Cap de la Hague
Introduction
Among the cycling loops proposed by the commune of La Hague, the one entitled "À la découverte de La Hague" allows you to explore the territory of the cape, at the extreme northwest of the Cotentin peninsula. This wind-whipped point of land has a wild beauty, reminiscent of Irish landscapes. From Beaumont-Hague, a marked trail takes you along beautiful country roads. You will pass by Omonville-la-Petite (where Jacques Prévert is buried), Auderville, famous for the port of Goury and its lighthouse, and then have a beautiful view of the splendid bay of Écalgrain.
Count 2 hours 30 for this walk without great difficulties, except the wind!
